Toronto City Planning has scheduled a meeting regarding a Planning Application for 30 Ordnance Street.

A one storey industrial building currently exists on the lands.

Proposal

The Official Plan Amendment application proposed to amend the Garrison Common North Secondary Plan to permit a mix of uses, including residential uses, for 30 Ordnance Street, to allow for the future development of a high rise residential project on the lands.
