After much discussion, NNNow’s Steering Committee has decided that we cannot support the development at 90 Niagara as it is currently proposed. You can find the documentation the developer has provided here:

While there are positive aspects to this development, and while we are encouraged by the developer’s request for input, there are major concerns that we cannot overlook.
Specifically, at a proposed height of over 18M, the development is far beyond the 12M height that zoning allows for this area. There are also concerns with the overall footprint of the building.
